| Due to public aid rules, the extent and purpose of hire must always be discussed in advance.A short-term letting is defined as a letting including utilities for a maximum of 48 hours continuously.The hourly rates for short-term rentals are set per hour.For events (rentals) outside normal working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) a 50% surcharge is levied.Prices include the work of setting up and closing the event and the use of standard room equipment (chairs, tables, presentation equipment and sound system).Prices can only be reduced with the prior approval of the NTM Director General (including cases meeting the rules of public aid). | |
